Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, the order enters our processing system and cannot be changed. If you need to make changes after this window, please contact our customer service team immediately.

Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping options?

We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (Free on orders over ₹999)
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (Additional charges apply)
Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding our services to international locations in the future.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the "Order History" section.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items in original condition with tags attached. Some items like personalized products, underwear, and opened toys cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How do I return an item?

To return an item:

  1. Log into your account and go to "Order History"
  2. Select the item you wish to return
  3. Print the return label and include it with your package
  4. Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location
How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! We offer beautiful gift wrapping services for ₹50 per item. You can select this option during checkout and even add a personalized message.
